Liberty North High School - Installation of New Backflow System and Water Meter Vault for Irrigation of Athletic Fields.
Proposals are due Thursday, June 7, 2012 at 2:00pm. Proposals should be mailed or delivered to the Liberty Public Schools Facilities Center located at 1138 Southview Drive, Liberty, MO 64068
Each Bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond acceptable to Liberty Public Schools in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of the proposal and all alternates, payable without condition to Liberty Public Schools.

Liberty Public School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive all informalities in bids. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the time of actual opening of bids.
