Enrollment and Welcome Center
On behalf of Liberty Public Schools we are excited that you have chosen Liberty Schools for your family. Our district has a one stop location for you to enroll your child(ren). Our Centralized Enrollment Center will provide you with all the information needed to enroll. Below is a list of what is needed to make the enrollment quick and easy. Our Centralized Enrollment Center is located at 650 Conistor Street. Our hours are 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. Should you have any questions, please call us at 816.736.5310.
Mission
The Goal of Centralized Enrollment is to provide parents and students with a "one stop" location to enroll their student(s) and secure all necessary resource information for their successful entrance in to Liberty Public Schools. Our goal is to have all eligible students enrolled within 48 hours of the enrollment application.
Items to bring with you to enroll:
Proof of Residency: 2 Utilitiy bills (gas, water or electric only) OR a lease agreement OR contract on your home
Current Immunizations
Birth Certificate
Social Security Card
Contact Information (name, address, fax #) from most recently attended school
IEP/Special Services/Academic Records if you have them.
