Question 1: How did you choose the name, Closet Floor Couture?
We chose the name because as kids, we both hated hanging clothes. Our closets were super messy and our mom use to ask us why we had all of our expensive and designer clothes on the ground. Amber and I both thought the name was creative and we relate to it.
Question 2: Why did you decide to start a boutique?
We decided to start a boutique because we both love helping others and we also both adore fashion. Fashion was always a big part of our life and growing up in Kansas City, we didn't have many choices of designer clothing. We decided to start a boutique so others have a chance to get fashion must-haves.
Question 3: How do you choose what clothing lines to carry?
Amber chooses most of the clothing and Meghan confirms it. Amber researches her favorite designers and chooses the pieces she likes the most. She makes a page of the clothing and gives it to Meghan. She circles the pieces she likes, too, off the page and they order it for all of you! :)
