Bond Issue passes
Thanks to the generous Liberty Public Schools voters, yesterday’s $8 million Bond Issue passed with a 64% approval rate.
This approval means that phase two construction on Liberty North High School can begin with the funds being used to construct the main gym (field house), finish the auditorium, and complete space for industrial technology and fine arts classes. This is just another example of Liberty School District patrons putting our students first and giving them the best resources possible to succeed. THANK YOU LIBERTY!
Walker, Connor, Tritz Win Board Seats Congratulations goes to William Carlin Walker, D. Scott Connor, and Lori Tritz, who all won seats on the Liberty Public Schools Board of Education yesterday in the local election. Walker and Connor won three-year terms while Tritz will serve a one-year term. New Board Members will be sworn in on Monday, April 12 with their terms beginning at that time.
