Liberty, MO For the second time this year, the City of Liberty has been recognized by a national publication as one of the best places to live in the country. In July, our community was listed 3rd in Family Circle Magazines' Best Towns and Cities for Families, and now Money Magazine has named Liberty the 7th Best Place to Live in America 2011!
