Attention Students: Share Your Story Through Video
“WHAT I LOVE ABOUT LIBERTY PUBLIC SCHOOLS” VIDEO CONTEST
If you’re new to the district, why did your parents choose Liberty Public Schools, and as a new student, what have you enjoyed about attending school in the Liberty school district or your particular school?
Here’s how you can share what you love about YOUR school: Get out your video camera and create a 1 to 2-minute video illustrating what you love most about your school. The video can cover one aspect or several aspects. Be as creative as you can. All submissions should be told from the student’s point of view. The top three videos(elementary, middle/junior high and high school) will win a prize and will be added to the Liberty Public Schools Web site for everyone to view!
Contest rules:
1. The video must be original and must be 1 to 2 minutes in length.
2. The contest is open to students who finished grades K-12 at the end of the 2008-2009 school year.
3. The video should be told from the student’s point of view.
4. The Steps for Submission Form (found below) must be filled out and submitted with the video.
5. You and your parents/guardians must agree to the rules and conditions (found at the end of the submission form).
6. You must submit your entry either on mini DV tape or on DVD on or before September 1, 2009 for judging.
7. Failure to follow these rules will result in the disqualification of your entry.
